17.04.2023 We for you has on April 22, 2022 due to this Tagesschau report of Swiss television (until minute 04:05) filed a criminal complaint for defamation (Art. 173 StGB) and slander (Art. 174 StGB) with the competent investigating authority (we had reported).
After a year of silence, the public prosecutor's office has announced that the "conditions for opening an investigation are not met. We for You considers the prosecutor's reasoning untenable and has now filed an appeal against the non-inquiry order. The framing of the peaceful civil rights movement, especially "We for You", as "ready to use violence" and "extremist" is unacceptable and must not be repeated in this way.
