Words of an attorney as of August 1, 2021.

Following some words of a lawyer, which we of "Wir Für Euch" can underline in such a way.

"As of August 1, 2021.

Swiss politicians from the executive and legislative branches at all levels, with massive support from the media, are slavishly implementing Big Pharma's guidelines in record time. Evidence-based, constitutionally compliant handling of Covid-19? Not a chance.

The resulting massive sacrifices for the economy, civil society, democracy and the rule of law are consistently ignored by the classe politique. Not even the well-being of children is worth anything to them anymore.

Reason becomes nonsense, beneficence plague....

Switzerland has never experienced such an anti-democratic and anti-reason development as under Berset's Covid regime since March 2020.
And according to the same pattern, fundamental achievements of free democracies and prosperous economic areas (the basis for peace, freedom and our prosperity since World War II) are currently being sabotaged by the state throughout Europe for 17 months. Recently also with "Green Pass" (It); "Covid Certificate" (CH); "Pass Sanitaire" (F) or simply with compulsory testing and vaccination.

No one can be indifferent to this. Out-of-control power apparatuses of fear pile up harassment upon harassment (despite the epidemiological threat that has long since faded). The total abolition of human dignity is no longer far away.

"Das chunt nöd guet."

Our democracy, our fundamental rights and our free constitutional state (after all, the basis for our social and legal peace, for our prosperity and for our existence) are massively and permanently threatened from within and from without.

Barring a miracle, we are slowly but surely approaching a collective state of self-defense.

In the face of a completely uncontrolled, extra-constitutional display of power by the FOPH regime, citizens have no choice but to fight against their expropriation and for their rights.

How long will the silent majority here continue to look the other way? Has appeasement against abuse of power and against arbitrariness ever helped?

A few steadfast freedom fighters, brave doctors and a handful of lawyers will not be able to fix it.

Only a courageous, conscious and massive use of all the forces of reason in our society can now still save democracy, fundamental freedoms and our basic constitutional order.

If you have remained inactive until now: Now your commitment is definitely called for.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who, for many months now, have been actively and always peacefully campaigning outside their comfort zone for our fundamental rights and for our centuries-old democratic and free basic order.

And, of course, I would also like to thank all those in the healthcare sector who have had to repeatedly put in a superhuman amount of extra work since March 2020 due to Covid-19 (or due to the organizational changes).

I wish everyone a peaceful August 1 and the courage to implement the addressed goals together and peacefully without hesitation.
